Need help, My steering wheel wont move I cant start it

Hi,
Today I got in my jeep to start it and when I went to turn the ignition I found that it wouldn't start and I thought it was because when I parked I pulled in and steering wheel was turned all the way to the right so I moved the steering wheel a little to get it backed to having the wheels straight forward than the steering wheel froze up and now steering wheel wont move and the jeep wont start. Please any help is needed!

Have you tried cycling the key in the ignition off/on and turning the steering wheel to disengage possibly the steering lock that's activated? Any current erratic issues with the ignition switch?

More specifics about your rig would help. Manual, or automatic? Year, and motor? Is the starter cranking? The more you tell us, the more we can help.

Typically the wheel is wanting to turn loading the wheel lock pin. Usually just turn the wheel a smige with force (it will only turn one way) and that will take force off lock so key can turn

You'll have to turn the wheel as you attempt to turn the ignition. That should release the lock.
