Anybody ever see this kind of imperfection on a polar wheel? This mark is under the clear coat. Only washed the car once with soap and water since I owned it. Crazy. At the dealer now.
One of the wheels on mine also had some marks on it when delivered new. Dealer ordered a new wheel and replaced it.

Idk how I missed being in this thread...must be a timing thing. We picked up our Polar Nov of '13. It was a replacement for another '14 Sahara JKU we had that was totaled in an accident.

It has been just as good as all the other Pentastars we have and even better on the Highway. It is my wife's DD. Sorry but it won't get wheeled or Modded.

It is "Gma's Grand baby Hauler". Here are some Pics.

I think there are just to few of us to keep a thread like this moving.

I missed this thread too! Here now! Love my white polar. Named her Elsa (from frozen- snow queen) will post mods and pics later today. Just glad to see this here.
Quick question regarding hood decals- who has removed them- I can't decide if I should or not....

Mine were off the first warm day after I bought it. Even before the hardtop was off. It was the only thing I wasn't a fan of when I bought it. Love the look without the stickers.

WOW it seems the Memory issue kicked in early...I see I posted twice in this........... granted a couple months apart but still........

I know we don't "think about it" but unless you plan on a lot of off road/ mods....might be ahead to leave stickers....they didn't make very many of the Polars from what I can tell....and the finish level is a whole step up from the "old" Jeeps. They may actually be "worth something" someday...not for us but maybe for our kids?....just my .02

I'm not a huge fan of them but I agree and my kids and hubby say that defeats the purpose of having the polar. I love the hood and all of the other special touches but not so much the decals. I want to add my name decal along the sides of the hood like people do but the mountains are in the way. Lol

I actually liked the look of the decals and kept them on for about 9 months. Finally got bored one day and decided to pull them off, after all they can be replaced if I didn't like it. Well, I LOVE the look without the decals on the hood!

I took the decals off when I first got it. Just heated them up a little with a hair dryer and peeled them off.

Personally, I love the decals on white and silver Polars. I think it helps further differentiate without being 'loud'. Still, they aren't for everyone, so I back either decision. ;)

In all honesty, I don't see the point in paying for a package and then ripping the decals off. I was almost set on buying a polar at the time when I was purchasing, but the Willys caught my eye even more.

I couldn't possibly bring myself to rip the decals off. When the lift and bigger tires go on, I'm keeping the wheels as well.

I bought my polar for the unique wheels, unique hood, and slightly different interior - NOT the decals. At first I was unsure about them, but have grown to love them. Still, I do understand how some people want to remove them.

It's your ride, do what you want.

I have a polar unlimited since about a year now... I didn't have any recent pictures, so i just went outside to take a couples for you !

I have Rigid industries
Aev rear light protector
AEV CB antena mount
32 inches Duratrac
I completely debadged it, but kept the polar edition badge
Curently looking to change that hideous front bumper...

And if i can add something about the decals, it's a personal choice. I prefer without cause i'm not a flashy type of person, i'm more a low profile guy. And the mountains are embroded in the seats... i think i had the car for 2 days and decided to remove them...

It's a personal choice and we should respect whether or not you keep them...

I plan to go on the transformer type, all grey and black... so the chrome on the stickers i didn't really dig it...
