Pedal Extenders

Here is a solution that worked for me. Sure, you can reach the gas and brake pedal without having the steering wheel one inch away from your chest but the clutch pedal is different story as it has to go down a few more inches, right to the floor.

I had to order two sets because I couldn’t find a three pedal package. The only modification I had to make was cutting or shortening the clutch pedal screws as they might have prevented the pedal from going all the way to the floor. Other than that, it was relatively easy to adjust all the pedals to be in good positions.

I bought the kits from Amazon. The name may be a generic but you should be able to find them using “Drifeez Gas and Brake Pedal Extenders“. The only thing that I’m a little bit concerned about is that the pedals are big and there is a chance of hitting them both at the same time if you’re not careful or have huge feet. I might grind them smaller one day.

My wife is 5'1" and I'm 5'11". Our JLU is her dd and it has PedalMates pedal extenders so that she won't be driving with her body practically against the airbag. I don't have any trouble driving it with the pedal extenders installed. I just slide the seat all the way back and everything is fine.
