I have a set of XD machined style addict wheels with Nitto Trail Grapplers I will be mounting tomorrow. The specs are in your range of 17x9 rims with 4.5 backspace and 35/12.5 17s tires.
Kind of hard to know what to recommend without knowing what your goals are with your build. There are a lot of options out there.
