Has anyone else order a Rock Krawler lift recently and experienced long delivery delays? I ordered a 3.5 X-Factor kit on 4/14/16 and five weeks later and over $2,000 spent and nothing to show for it. I can get no explanation and no delivery date. Very frustrating to say the least.

It all depends on who your ordered from or through sir. Some companies have them in stock!

5 weeks is still excessive is it not? Before placing my order I had two different none stocking vendors tell it would be two week delivery. Now I keep getting told next week, next week, next week. I just think that people should know that if their ordering from a none stocking vender don't expect to get their lift no time soon.

When we get in orders we always advise the dealer/wholesaler of the lead times. We hope they are conveying that information to you guys as well.

Trust us, it is worth the wait...

Yes, it is... Their stuff is really nice well engineered quality!

You still waiting? I am at 6 weeks myself and just keep getting told next week, next week, ...

Well yes, I ordered from rk,it took roughly 6-7 weeks. On the button...7 weeks later ups dropped everything off. Remember ur not the only 1 getting their jeep ready. I can only imagine all the orders coming in for jeepds getting ready for the summer. I had tires and wheels for a month in advance. Was well worth the wait in my opinion, then again I ordered in March.

I got my RK kit in April from Northridge 4x4 and I received it in 5 DAYS (not weeks). They had the kit in stock, and that was shipping from the west coast to the east coast.....Northridge is awesome.

Now, I know that RK has updated the kit this year, (dual adjustable ends on the control arms) so I imagine that could be part of it if dealers are waiting on some of the new parts. But, if a dealer is saying they have they kit in stock and it is taking more than 5 days, you are getting a line of crap.

We did our updates on all our products right around Feb 1 and it did take some time for them to get in the pipeline. Now that they are in the pipeline things are flowing smooth..

Thank you for all your patients guys. Because of you Haas Automation got a crazy purchase order on Friday for a bunch of new automated equipment. Thanks for all the support guys...
