I kind-of like the lighter colors with the smoky decals.

There are 3 of these at a local dealer. I love the look of them - it may be my favorite special edition after my Hard Rock. It is the first Jeep I've seen that I really liked body colored hard top and fender flares.

I spoke to the warranty guy at the dealer, though, and he hates the hood. He said the issue with it was in winter - water gathered and froze in the low point, and the ice it formed could fly into the windshield later. Mainly only a problem with parking outside in winter.

Not too much of a concern for me, though. I'm not ready to trade up yet, but if I was shopping I'd probably get the Smoky Mountain over anything else offered right now.

 

What's so fantastic about this? It looks like a normal wrangler with a power dome and stickers?...what am I missing.

 

In addition to the power bulge hood that comes with zero extra power, it has a fuel filler door.

I love the rims on the SM edition

 

I like it. Nice touch with the sport bar cover.

I have seen one, white, just wasn't crazy about the wheels, but am still interested

 

They seem to be very hard to find, I have been looking for Granite Crystal and only found 1 close and it was a manual

I just bought one in Rhino a couple of weeks ago. Came with updated lights and nice interior and exterior package. I run mine on the street so it was a perfect package for me and a great savings on the additions. I got it for just over $7 thou off the MSRP. The only thing I wish they had done was add 10A bumpers.

 

Also black painted accents in the interior and black stitching for the seats..

Very similar to my Altitude edition but Altitude's also came with better rock sliders and painted mirrors..
