Speedometer hasn’t worked for a couple years, and tachometer stopped working today . She’s a 94 YJ 2.5 with 313k when the speedometer stopped working . May time for a new cluster?
check VSS wiring harness and adjustment (rotation) of VSS as depending on how it is rotated it moves speedo gear closer or further from gear that drives it to accommodate different diameter(tooth count) speedo gears
