Probably either the plastic caged bushing between the clutch pedal pin and master cylinder pushrod, or a squeaky clutch interlock switch

 

Thanks for the reply! Is this something to hit with WD40 or am I looking at new parts?

 

I wouldn't use wd40 on much of anything, but you might be able to figure out where the issue is by spraying a small amount in each of those locations one at a time to determine where the squeak is coming from.

If it's the bushing they are available at the dealer for around $5 and it takes no tools to install them. They simply slide over the clutch pedal pin, then the master cylinder rod clips on. Here's the part# and a picture of the bushing.

If it's the switch, try applying a little white grease to the master cylinder push rod.

To add another thing that might help pinpoint. When the Jeep is cold there is no squeak. It's only when it's warm outside and/or when the Jeep has been running a while (10-15 mins) and has warmed up.
