Any tips for application?

Crawl under.
Spray everything but the exhaust, muffler and brakes.
Get goo all over yourself.
Redo in 6 months.

I wasn't so sure if I was supposed to cover myself as well, so that clears that up

its good stuff no doubt i use it all the time just the price is a little expensive. I use bar and chain oil for underneath my jeep. But if you got the money fluid fil is the way to go. I laugh so hard when people spray wd 40 for rust protection.

Interested in using fluid film for some rust prevention on the bottom of my jeep and have a few questions.

1. How often do you have to re apply, if at all?
2. Is there anything on the underbody I SHOULD NOT spray?
3. Any other tips or tricks from your experience?

I've only sprayed once so far, before winter. I'm going to pressure wash and reapply before the weather gets cold. I've ready 6-12 months depending on conditions.

You can spray everything but brakes. Stuff that gets hot will smoke after the first start up.

I just roll around under the rig on a creeper and spray everything! There isn't much too it. Enjoy the protection!

For it to be properly effective, it should look "wet". So if you've sprayed an area and later on, it looks dry, spray it again.

I am using this product - Rust Cure DIY 880ML Pack

Much better than anything else I have found period. $60 and you are all done.

Works on all materials - won't harm rubber, brakes etc... And non toxic.

Can apply even when the car is wet. Amazing product.

If you were to apply it and leave your jeep in the garage it would probably stay wet. Otherwise it picks up all the sand, salt and road grime and turns into a thin greasy paste.

Will one spray can (11.75 oz) be enough to do the whole bottom? Or would I need more?

The arms were cleaned for sale. Def did not look that way on the jeep.

Haha you're just full of surprises! Either way rust free!

Once you use it there is no going back. Stops the rust and existing surface rust on cast parts once sprayed gets wett thus darkens so as to blend in and no longer looks like a rusty cast part.

The stuff cannot be beat in my book. Jkeeper10 turned me on to this stuff back in January February, heck were using it at work now on all kinds of equipment, parts, and tools.
