Howdy,

Rather new to the jeep world and have been wanting a bull bar type bumper as I live in a heavy populated deer area.
I found what I think was a good priced take off bumper and want to tackle the install this weekend, if at all possible.

I can't easily tell in the install manual what parts are used where but I know I'll need some bolts/nuts for sure.

Might someone give me pointers as to what I will need to get the installed?

Below is what it came with.
Much appreciate the help.

From a bit more looking at the parts breakdown in manual, I think I will only need the following:

For crush cans
6x 10-32 SELF DRILL

For Chassis Mount
8x BOLT SEMS M10 X 30 ZP GRADE 8.8
2x BOLT M12 X 1.75 X 80MM
2x NUT PLATE CAGED M12 (I think I can use regular hex nuts with lock washers)
2x NUT CAGED M12 X 1.75 (I think I can use regular hex bolts)

Can someone confirm? I'll go buy these in a grade 8 tomorrow and get to it then or wait till Monday.

Thanks,
Victor

I installed a used one as well a couple of years back. I wired the marker lights to the existing fender marker lights and, with a halogen bulb, quickly melted the orange lenses. ARB sent me a couple of new ones and I swapped the halogen bulb for some LED ones and haven't had an issue since. They light up and stay lit with the marker lights, not turn signals.

Full-width bumpers can go either way.
ARB bullbars are welded to the bumper and always lean backwards.

AEV bullbars are also welded to the bumper and lean backwards.

I installed one last year. The part that you circled is the license plate mount. It may be in one of those bags. If not. It is easy to order to ARB and not expensive.

The parts that you summarized is pretty much what you need. They come all mixed up in one of the bags.

The hardest part of the instructions will be the crush cans. That is really up to you to do it or not. Someone gave me a spare OEM bumper and had the cans cut out that one, so my install went pretty easy.

The side markers you can wire them or not. I have mine set up as a reflector only. I have not wire them (mainly lack of time). I installed mine over the summer so it was pretty hot, maybe later in the spring I finish the wiring. I suggest you to change those bulbs to LED. The markers are not meant to be on all the time with the provided bulbs they will get hot and melt the whole light.

Another tip if you are planning to add a winch later trim down the frame horns. I have a warn 10s It fix with out trimming but if you want to add a winch cover you will need to trim it to install the cover. (step 4 on the instructions).

Fog Lights. Get extension wires from Quadratec. I will save you the pain to splice the OEM harness.

The only thing I think you are missing is the auxiliary light brackets. They may be inside the bags as they are not that big.
