I'm looking for the factory service manual (not the owners manual) in either cd or paper format.

It seems the Tech Authority website along with the new mopartsp.com site have changed a lot in the last few years. I go to both and cannot for the life of me find a location to order a factory service manual.

I created a tech authority aftermarket account and when I click on Tech Authority manuals, it redirects to here - Mopar TSP

From that link, I can go here - https://www.moparessentialtools.com/

Ebay. 15-$20 FSM just bought a Toyota Tacoma Service Manual recently and have bought 3 for the TJ and JK off Ebay.

Haynes is hardly a FSM. The only way is to pay for it on line far as i have ever heard, not much is in print these days and if it was it would be huge book with small print and very expensive.

Once you have an account one could print every page. wonder how much paper and ink that would cost?

My understanding is that Stellantis/Tech Authority discontinued all of the USB, CD, and printed service manuals moving it all to the online subscription portal some time earlier this year. I always got a prompt response when contacting the Tech Authority technical support in the past, but they never responded even after a follow up email when I tried contacting them with a question about the 2015 FSM early last summer. It appears that they have disbanded the customer support group assigned to field questions about the manuals at about the same time they stopped selling them.

That would make sense and is extremely unfortunate. I really hate how everything is moving to subscription services.

The only FSM I can find on ebay shows for JK, not JKU. Do you know if there is any difference in manuels? I would think not but trying to confirm.
same thing..that listing I linked to was like $15. I am quite certain it was the same workshop manual that I have.
