My wifes JKU is getting lifted in one week and I need to make my mind up on tires. It is getting the tf 2.5 coil lift with shocks and Procomp 7031's 16x8 in black. I know I am getting Duratracs, I was set on the 315x75x16's but I ran across the thread of 2.5 lift with 33's and I like the look of it too. I have never been a fan of stuffing the largest tire you could in there, I like a little room between the fenders and the tires. If I could please get your pics to compare with the thread of 33's I would greatly appreciate it.

Nice.

Can't wait to get my 35s put on. Of course, I first need to buy them. LOL

What's yalls thoughts on the duratracs compared to the bfg km2's. I can get the 315x75x16 km2's for 100 more for the set. I have read nothing but good things on the duratracs, how is the wet weather and handling on the km2's compared ro the duratracs.

RK 2.5" X-Factor with 315/75R16 Duratracs on MB TKOs. I had KM2s on my liberty and had all kinds of issues getting one of them balanced. I will say they handled mud and rock like a champ but even rotating wore unevenly. Recently had a conversation with a fellow jeeper in a parking lot about tires. He had 35" KM2s that were almost bald. He said he hated them and was glad he was about to replace them.

I have been really happy with my KM2s. They balanced out really well and do not seem to be wearing very fast. I'm certain that they are a bit louder on the highway than the Goodyear's but there are always trade offs. I don't think you can go wrong with either.
