Looks just like a Sahara, but with different badging. Are there any pictures available of the interior? I've never seen or heard of these before and it's got me curious. Although is this a 2011 model? That strikes me as a bit odd as the 2012's should be rolling off the assembly line in a couple of days.

It is a 2011, as I was told it is a Sport Mojave with some Sahara (style) and some Rubicon (wheel/tires). I can not confirm this yet as I'm still in Iraq.

I will get pictures of the inside and out as soon as I pick it up. It's been available for several months now, they are down to the last one's left, but yes, they put it together as a late 2011 model.

Oscar Mike are "O" and "M" in the military alphabet (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie = A, B, C). But more importantly it is a military term to mean "On Mission" or "On the Move".

-Team Alpha, I need you to secure the top on the hill.
-Roger Top, we are Oscar Mike.

You're welcome. Actually that is one of the 3 the sellsman did tell me, but it was the "we are friends" cheesy tag line at the end.

"The Oscar Mike Edition is just like troops in combat, On Mission and On the Move! But we like to offer it too you because....your Overseas Military!"

Oscar Mike as in "On the Move" or "On Mission"...the whole "Overseas Military" comment is an afterthought as part of the sales pitch.

I'm not sure what it's based on (video game or just an idea in someones head), but I do know there are only 200, no one can buy more then one and you have to be deployed/overseas military to get one. Discounts and special parts are included and they delivery it from the factory to the closest dealer to your house...0 miles on it (minus up and down the truck ramp).

Jeep Oscar Mike

Hey guys,

I was on the same boat as everyone else not knowing WTF what an OM Jeep. I am in Germany, and decided to buy one but after I got the check to the dealer I felt stupid for giving away 35,000 check for one picture without knowing exactly what I was getting, so after a month of back and forth, I finally got this!

So, after looking at al the pics and stuff, I was actually glad I did...

As of last month when I paid for it, they were still not in production. I made such a HUGE fuzz over ENCS selling me something with out showing me what I was getting that the EUROPE sales manager dispatched someone to Detroit to take some pics as they were being built. The salesman "Joe" was awesome and pushed for me to get these and I am glad I stuck by him.

There are 200 built, and yes is a Mojave exterior / Rubicon undercarriage / Sahara interior for pretty much the best mix so far. Pic it up in a few weeks in San Antonio as I am still in Germany.

I agree, I think this is the best mix of features from all three trim levels.

Congrats guys! ...not only are these extremely limited, these are really nice looking jeeps :thumb:

TanOM, really? how long ago you buy it? I got mine about 2 1/2 months ago... they must be telling al of us the same thing... lol, it don't matter, I think... is not like any of us are getting number 001. I don't know anyone else in USAEUR who is getting an OM. On the other side, I would hate to be in ITaly, we go to Vicenza a lot to visit friends in the 173rd... I HATE driving down there...

I ordered mine around that time and it is at the port just waiting to get on the ship. Did you ship yours through the mil or the exchange. I shipped mine mil so it is going to take about 6 weeks or so. I asked the dealer about numbering and he told me that he hasn't heard anything about that or it even being an option. He also said that he has only sold about 3 or 4 including mine. I also registered to win an OM they are giving away here so hopefully I get 2 for the price of 1!! LOL

Idk about the sway bar disconnects or the t-case but I do know it comes with 3.73 gears. As soon as mine gets here I will definitely post pics inside, outside, top, and bottom.
3.73 would mean that it's not a "Rubicon undercarriage" at least with regard to gearing.

Regardless though, definitely post pics. These are rare (obviously) so it'd be nice to see some in person non-professional pics.

We love Jeep pics.
