OK...I've read all the posts about blower motors not working due resistors being fried and switches melting.I have finally narrowed my non-working blower motor down to a bad ground wire.If I jump the ground wire from the blower motor to the battery ground I get the b/m to work.Where does the blower motor ground wire go to?Please don't say relay because I have replaced it too.I have also read about the recall on the left and right insrument ground wires.Anyone have pictures of the right ground wire location? Thanks in advance for any help.

The blower motor's specific ground point is not important, only that it has a good solid electrical connection to the body. I would just find a close by grounding point on the tub and connect its ground there. Or drill a hole near the motor, grind the paint away from around the bolt hole and bolt the ground lead to the tub. I'd use a 12 gauge wire to ground the motor, use black if you can.

I see you have a ’99, right? I believe that is the year they changed the whole setup & the relay supplies 12v to the motor & the whole speed control is through the ground side. That means the ground path is through the resistor, speed switch & mode switch then to ground.

The mode switch has to be in any position except off to complete the ground through the dark green wire.

If all speeds are out it is probably the speed switch. Try jumping each of the resistor legs to ground & see if each speed works that way.
