Hey gang,
Apologies if I am posting in the wrong area or if was already posted, I didn't see anything similar out there yet.

I'm not an engine guy so would appreciate your input. The '24 Wranglers are no longer able to be ordered so will be a '25 model now. I was told they are changing from a 3.6L 6cyl to a 2.0L 4cyl turbo. The sales folks say there would be no noticeable difference but would be interested to hear from more objective folks?
Thank you!

I have a 2016 JKUS with the 3.6

It's our second 3.6 and it's been great just like the one in our WK2 Grand Cherokee before it.

But I purposely bought a 23 w/ the 2.0T because I think it's a solid motor.

Oh and I'm a lifelong tech and motor vehicle repair manual writer.

So if you're not an engine guy I wouldn't sweat it. Though I think I'd avoid the hybrid but that might be partially philosophical on my part.
