When I check the automatic transmission fluid level on my 02 jeep wrangler 4.0 liter after driving it reads full, but if I check it after just letting it idle to temperature it shows that the fluid level is low. I do not have an owners manual to read about the correct procedure for checking the fluid level.

Welcome to the Forum, from Cave Creek AZ.
Drive it until the fluid is up to normal operating temp. Park it on a level surface ground. Move your shift lever through the gears a couple of times. Leave the engine run and then check your level…Done.

For your 32RH transmission make sure the engine is running and the transmission is in Neutral while you're checking its dipstick. You'll get an erroneously higher than is correct reading if the engine isn't running or if it's in Park. Keep in mind it's better for an automatic transmission to be slightly overfilled than underfilled.

In another thread you said if the transmission fluid can be checked in park, it can be checked in neutral. Now you say if it is not checked while observing proper procedures you can get an erroneous reading. Now you are advocating overfilling a transmission? Quite irresponsible recommending that someone not follow proper and safe procedures don’t you think?
