The TJ top is too different to even consider.
The YJ top might work if you can adapt a TJ "family" roll bar to your CJ.
I suggest contacting Bestop and aske them if they have a frameless top for a YJ. Tell them what you're thinking of doing and ask them what mods may be necessary to fit their frameless top on a CJ with a family roll bar.
The real answer is I don't know about the YJ top fitting on a CJ but I suspect it may because a CJ7 hard top will fit a YJ. I think the stumbling block will be adapting the YJ family bar to a CJ.
