Well more data over on the turbo pt cruiser forum but a common failure mode of NGC PCI pcm is showing multiple o2 heater circuits all too high or too low voltage

When mine did this (and no one else ever works on my vehicles) it showed them all high and intermittent limp mode that could be temp resolved with pcm reset.After verifying wiring I got a replacement from flagship one which showed all o2 heater circuits voltage too low(same sensors and wiring now with opposite problem) got FS1 to send another PCM and this one has been flawless since for 3 years

Bottom line it is a pcm heat exposure failure problem and the TJ NGC pci 05-06 PCM fail so frequently that Chrysler/jeep ran out of replacements and dumped their waiting list of 100s and told the owners they cannot help them
