Just had a very odd interaction with Extreme Terrain. I ordered side mirrors for my 2024 wranger yesterday. Today i got an email saying my order was cancelled and my card refunded. I called them, they stated that i had previously placed an order then had my credit card charged back. I assured them i did not. They said it could be my extreme terrain account, american muscle account, or my american trucks account. I have a total of 11 orders between the 3 accounts over the past 7 yrs. They had no further details they could provide. I asked if there was someone i could escalate this to get more information. The said No. I checked my accounts for all 3 and none had any canceled orders. They said there is nothing they can do and i cant order from them again. Hahaha. I ordered the same parts from summit. What a way to treat a customer!!

Ordered a hood deflector for a Gladiator (JT) and they sent me one that fits a JL. Initiated a refund and they say they shipped a replacement within 1 hour of my refund request. When I explained to them I never asked for a replacement they said it had already shipped in that hour following my refund request and couldn't stop it. I will recommend to all my Jeep buddies to never order from Extreme Terrain again.

I literally just had the same thing happen to me. I ordered a part back in Feb and received a email saying they no longer carried the part and would I like cancel my order. After I cancelled it apparently that’s where everything got all screwed up. Today I got a email saying my order was canceled from a order I placed last week on dec 19th. so I called spoke to someone and was then transferred to the worst phone supervisor I think I’ve ever spoken to in my life but he immediately answer the call by telling me are you such and such yes I am. Sir we the company do not want to do business with you and we reserve the right to do so. I said ok and I asked why may I ask why? He informs me that I had a charge back on an order I said ok what order he wouldn’t tell me he just kept repeating him self saying we the company don’t want my business any more I said look enough just tell me what order has a charge back and I’ll get to the bottom of it because I’ve never done a charge back he informed me they do not have to proved me with that information and hung up I called back and asked the next young lady to that answered the call can you please tell me what order has a charge back on my account after 10 mins of waiting she informs me she spoke to the same supervisor I did and she was so sorry to do this but she was told to tell me she was ordered to tell me there’s nothing further to discuss and she was ordered to hang up on me and she did. So yes what a way to treat customers good luck with anybody with them I had done business with them for years never any problems till now

I have had good experiences with Extreme Terrain, besides the free gift coupons. I ordered a Diablosport Programmer/Tuner which went on sale days after I ordered. Contacted support and Extreme Terrain refunded the sales price difference. Ordered since then a Barricade Tire Carrier and smaller items, no problems, the service and delivery was quick.
