I'm not very tech savvy but I believe the owner of this forum is able to check ISP addresses and identify multiple user accounts from the same address.

Ok, I'm not the only that noticed this. The slew of PCM threads/posts popping up from new accounts.

Monday morning update. Still haven’t received the return shipping documents from FS1. Was promised the documents no later than last Friday morning. Going to pursue a chargeback with the CC company today.

Filed the chargeback with my credit card company. Still haven’t received the required paperwork from FS1 to return the defective PCM. Not sure what the deal is with FS1 but I no longer have any confidence in the organization.

You’ve been more than patient with them. If you get a PCM from Wrangler Fix, let us know how that goes. Good luck.

Day 8 Update:

Still have not received the necessary documents to return the defective PCM to FS1. Ordered a PCM from wranglerfix this morning.

Wouldn’t be surprised if FS1 sends me a replacement PCM once they dispute my chargeback but I can’t wait any longer to get my rig up and running.

I will post some comparison pics of the two PCMs and let everyone know how the wranglerfix PCM functions.

I’ll absolutely follow through to the end. Quite disappointing that many of us have non-functional rigs due to computer issues. At least with the OPDA issues inherent to the later year TJs you can swap in a new camshaft in an afternoon of wrenching. This computer nonsense is a joke. After 26 years of CJ/YJ/TJ/XJ ownership I’m actually considering building a solid axle 1st gen 4Runner. Can’t handle any more of these reliability issues.

I REALLY hope the Wrangler Fix PCM does the trick for you and you learn to love your TJ again!

PS One of the reasons I enjoy my ‘65 VW bug is there is no damn computer! It’s such a simple and well designed machine.

Day 10 Update:

Still nothing from FS1. After submitting the warranty claim 10 days ago and speaking to them multiple times I still have not received the return shipping documents required to swap out the defective PCM.

Wranglerfix PCM should be on the way soon.

That’s really unbelievable. Hard to understand how they stay in business. I predict you’ll be very pleased with your Wrangler Fix PCM.

Day 13 Update:

Still nothing from FS1. Hopefully they are so unorganized that nobody notices the chargeback.

Haven’t heard anything from wranglerfix either. Received the initial order confirmation but no follow-up on expected shipping date.

When I purchased my Wrangler Fix PCM, I did not get a confirmation of shipping. It just showed up. I think it took less than a week.

Welcome to the Forum.

Glad you filed the claim with your card company. Pretty lame from FS1.

Received tracking info from wranglerfix for my new PCM. Looking forward to installing the new PCM and putting some road miles on the rig before I head to the desert in November for Panamint Valley Days.

Once I receive the new PCM I will start a new thread focused on my experience with the wranglerfix PCM.

Hope we can get everyone’s rigs back up and fully functional.

Any update? New PCM received and installed?

New PCM arrives today. Still never heard anything from FS1 even after the credit card dispute. Figured FS1 would have made an attempt to provide me with a functional PCM so they could have disputed the charge back.
