I can't remember the thread with the pictures I found, but a guy took a generic mud flap, cut pieces to fit between the bumper and fender at the front, then screwed them into the insides. Just made a basic rubber filler between the 2. I will say that the new front bumper (not a shorty, but shorter than stock) helps with this problem too.

jadmt got a side view by chance. Probably going to be trying this in the next few days after I collect supplies.

they are just a plain set of mud flaps nothing fancy. I just slid them between the outer and inner fender nothing holding them but the friction and been running them all winter with no issues. Come summer I will pull them out.
