Anybody know what these three items are: tip start, customer preferred package 2TW, special scheduling condition VII.

Tip Start = In the automatic transmission vehicles, you only need to turn the key to "start" for an instant, and the computer will continue to crank the engine until it has started for you.

Not sure about package 2TW. There is a 23W and 24W.

According to the Challenger Forum, the special scheduling condition is an internal code that is applied when the schedulers or another employee at Chrysler schedule an order when there isn't allocation or to give an order priority in scheduling.

From my research and understanding, the customer preferred package 2TW is just an internal code for some other trim packages already included within other build codes. It could be a combination of interior trim pieces, wheel tire combo, exterior trim, etc.
