If you look closely at the window sticker posted by DirtrdOK, the Customer Preferred Package 25D was $540 for the listed items. By 2005, they no longer listed the items but there was also no additional charge. The items were in effect now stock for the Sport and the CPP 25D was simply a code that denotes the trim level.
If you bought a '00 Sport with no options, you would only have CPP 25D and Destination Charge shown on the sticker.
I found a 2004 Jeep Wranger brochure. I don't know why I have it, I didn't own any Jeeps at that time and the 2004 vehicle I purchased was a Dodge Ram 2500 Hemi. Anyway, in the brochure at the back are the standard equipment by trim level. At the top of the columns is a line CPOS Package (Customer Preferred Option Package and the following:
A - SE
N - SE (The N package had available other options not even available in the A. SE - 4 Cyl)
X - X
D - Sport
G - Sahara
U - Rubicon
Going from an X to a D - full hard doors included, you get tow hooks, fog lamps, full size spare with matching wheel, courtesy lights, under hood light and a full center console (w/ four cup holders, locking storage bay and storage tray).
Going from a D (Sport) to a G (Sahara) - you got 30x9.50R15 tires and Ravine aluminum wheels, floor mats, A/C, floor mats, auto dim rear view mirror, Sedona cloth trimmed seats, side steps, 7 speakers, sentry key immobilizer (SKIM) and Auto Speed Control.
