My check engine light just came on and it's throwing a p0123 code.. I gotta drive back home tomorrow. So my questions are what is wrong with it and is it safe to drive with?

Did you recently have work done? I had my smog check performed and got the check engine light come on. I ran an obd2
Check and nothing was wrong. I called the shop that performed the check and they told me this often happens. The light disappears and reappears every so often but overall my girl is fine.

P0123 (M) Throttle Position Sensor Voltage High Throttle position sensor input above the maximum acceptable voltage.
I found a few post in the WF about p0123 code along w/suggestion to "google it" (lol). zdragon could be right. Might take a look at this post: http://www.wranglerforum.com/f5/whats-wrong-with-my-tj-105149.html.
