What is the easiest way for me to get my 4" lift front springs out to put in my leveling spacers?

I agree with you, however, I just installed new springs in the rear and can't afford the fronts right now. This will most likely be temporary but I had an absolute nightmare of a time getting the passenger side one in and I must do the drivers side tomorrow. Looking for a better way.

This is a write up I received:

Removing Front Shocks and Springs

1Remove air cleaner

2Remove air cleaner box (3 bolts 8mm heads)

3Remove top shock nuts through body holes
under hood (an impact wrench makes quick work of this)

4Make sure Jeep is in gear with parking brake set

5Jack front end up under differential and place jack stands on frame directly behind lower control arm mounts (Use 6 ton stands and set the frame fairly high) Leave lack under differential.

6Remove both front wheels

7Remove both sway bar end links

8Remove lower shock bolts and remove shocks

9Remove the spring clip on the bottom of the coil spring on the driver’s side.

10Remove jack from the differential and place it under the passenger side steering knuckle

11 Jack up the passenger side steering knuckle to a point just before it lifts the frame off the jack stand on that side (this will drop the driver’s side axle to a point where the spring is loose)

12Pull the driver’s side spring bottom out between the steering knuckle and the sway bar link bracket. (once off the bottom perch, you can turn it and it will kind of unscrew from the top if it doesn’t just fall out first)

13Once the driver’s side is out, release the jack from the passenger side, and jack up the driver’s side in the same manner to get the passenger spring out

14Install the new passenger side spring first (you may have to use a pry bar to get it started, but it won’t take much)

15 Install the rest of the parts in reverse order
