I just installed the Alpine iLX-W650 head unit with a PAC RP4-CH11 interface into my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK (with Alpine premium sound). Also installed a backup camera. Everything is working flawlessly except my factory sub woofer is very quiet now... Way more quiet than with the factory head unit.
I also made the correct wiring connections in the RP4-CH11 for vehicles with factory amplifiers.
I know that the PAC RP4-CH11 loses back/front fading, but would that affect my sub? Any other ideas? Because I'm at a dead end. Any help would be awesome.
