Good morrrrrning Vietnam!
I recently put 33’s on my 21 Sport Altitude (on the stock wheels - up from 31’s) and my MPG is off a ton according to common sense and others I’ve spoken with. Not to mention the speedo. I’ve researched Tazer, ECRI, JScan and really all I need to do is set the new tire size so the shift points and Speedo recalculate. Here’s the catch: I leased my Jeep
So.. question 1: has anyone done this before because my Jeep has 2800 miles on it, so I’m afraid of getting a programmer and voiding the warranty. Should I ask my dealership about this voiding or is it better to keep it hush hush? They’re adjusting my drag link and steering box Monday so I could ask them then when I drop it off.
Question 3: which is the better programmer for minimal adjustments. I can only think of tire size/Speedo and DRL for aftermarket headlights. Is it worth spending the extra money on the Tazer in this case, for example?
Question/Topic 3: I’ve seen lots of comments about folks with major CPU/electronic issues. What concern is there for using a programmer? I can’t help but think those folks may have done something similar. Not so much important but a thought that I wanted to get feedback on.
Thanks in advance [emoji1688]
