It will be later I am at work and no manuals here.

 

For the guage it's a purple wire on the head stud nearest the firewall on the driver side. The coolant temperature sensor is on the Intake manifold close to the firewall on the driver side.

 

Intake manifold temp sensor is in the intake behind the throttle body if its the same as the MPFI, adjacent to #3 cylinder....

It just kind of sticks down in the air intake path down there....

 

As promised I am at home and here is a png file of the engine controls for the 2.5L. If you look closely it will show you the sensor and the corresponding wire going into the ECU. That way you can backtrace and see where the PO cut or disconnected it from the main harness. As for the matching plug to wire it up check your local parts house or search the net. That connector was used in many vehicles over many years so it should be available.
