Is there a place where you can check the rolling resistance of tires?
I looked around a bit and found lots of info on rolling resistance, but no place to get the "actual" measurement.

Seems like it would be an awfully difficult thing to quantify, The "Actual" measurement is gonna be a complicated formula. As Wandell said, tires with more/bigger tread blocks (MTs) will have higher rolling resistance when compared to something with smaller tread blocks (ATs). One easy way to compare two tires is gonna be the noise they make, rolling friction makes more noise the higher it is. louder tires=more resistance.

Thanks guys. I had already looked at the CAFÉ stuff and I know that air pressure, heat, load etc. would have an impact. What I really was looking for was something like a manufacturer giving rating, with a given set of parameters. Something like MPG ratings car makers/Gov does on the window sticker.

eco tires, had some eco Pirellis on my wife's suv, all season, but were supposed to have less roll resistance and special sidewalls to transmit rotational force. They had really wide rain grooves, I imagine that's how they reduced resistance. Less rubber on the road. I can't say I noticed a big difference from regular Michelins or Bridgestones that I have also used on it.
