I have a 99' wrangler sport with half doors, and a soft top. I know that with a soft top it won't be completely waterproof, but twice in one day I got in my jeep when it was raining, and when I shut the door water poured into my jeep and all over me and soaked the seat. And I know that water collects on the roof, but the door was shut when it soaked me, im not sure if its the seals on the door or not, but I do not want this happening to me again!!

I had the same issue on my 01. Have someone spray the top with a garden hose while you sit inside and see if you can find the leak. All I had to do is adjust the soft door skin. Undo the Velcro holding it to the frame and work it around a little.
