I pay about $220/year to do New Hampshire Oil Undercoating. The have a wax-like product that costs about $900 for the first application, but they only put it on new vehicles that have zero rust. WoolWax looks a lot like Fluid Film, and they are in the $200-300 range here in New Hampshire.

Wow! I am so glad I spray my own vehicles with Fluid film.

You should look into doing it yourself if you have a compressor or access to one. It is not much at all for the product and gun. A gallon does at least 3 vehicles.

 

I did put fluid film on my car last year. I wasn't sure if my spraying was enough. I guess I should believe that it is okay right?

 

Check out the sticky fluid film thread. I have photos posted in there. I started putting 2 aerosol cans on my JKU every year around Thanksgiving time, before we usually get any major snowfall in my area. There is zero sings of rust, even the driveshaft looks about like day one. Less then 25.00 and about a 1/2 hour time (including cleanup). Based on the results I have had with what I invest I would not consider paying anyone to do it unless it was under $50.00. Some guys say they use a lot more than I do but it must be overkill. By the time I finish my second can the stuff is thick covers everything.
