just installed my bestop wraparound windjammer / duster combo today while keeping my factory soft top :) just looking for some ways to waterproof it, ive read a few people said they made extensions for the snaps but i havent seen anyone say how to do it, or provide any good pics, anyone know about this? because its raining out right now and i know im going out to some puddles lol!, also anything that can be done about the big gaps in the corners? im going to try and modify it a little bit more 2morrow for water but if anyone has any good ideas (or bad ones lol) that would be great! :thumb:

i guess i should have called this "wraparound WJ waterRESISTING" btw because i dont have carpet, and dont even own drain plugs so i dont really care if some water gets it, but dont want to have to scoop buckets of water out when i want to drive it lol!

almost done with it, i put the patches on and they cover the gaps perfect, now im going to take 1 big peice of denim and put it all the way across to make it look cleaner and add another layer of waterresitance! i wasnt sure how it would look with the stock top (or even if it would work lol) but im pretty happy so far!

thanks, i think its actually more waterproof with the stock top than say a bikini or safari because you can take the back part of the , roll it up once or twice to make the top a little tighter and wrap it around the roll bar part like i did with a ziptie / velcro strap, it rained pretty hard earlier and 0 water got in and im not done yet :D
