Hey Helen, yes we did order AMP'D. Finally moved out of D Hell. Hopefully, I will be able to post my own pics before too much longer.

 

DANG! I saw this thread had new posts and was hoping for photopalooza. Dying to see Amp'd--it is what stands between me and an order.

 

I decided to go for it and ordered an amp'd jku sport on Tuesday. (This is gong to be the longest 2 months of my life)

I'm still waiting to see some good pictures though. I found one dealer that had pictures, but the lighting wasn't great. If I can find it again i'll post the name of the dealer or link.

 

I haven't seen any real pics. My plan to but a new Jeep is on pause. I'm on "accepted furlough". I report to work; however my pay is deferred until an undetermined date

 

I have found one dealer with showroom pictures of and Amp'd JK. Van Andel and Flikkema, in Grand Rapids Michigan.

 

Thanks for the post. I think it looks sharp!!! It will be mid Nov before my JKUR in Amp'd can be picked up if IAMJEEP is correct and it is shipped Oct 30. I missed the Dozers last year and Amp'd was the "yellow" family for 2014 and IMO a great color I will be living with for years to come. I will post pix of mine, however, will most likely be too late for ordering, by the time mine finally gets here.

 

Wow...that pic above makes the color not look metallic and more flat. Is this correct? I also went to the dealer link and it looks non-metallic as well. Thanks for posting fuzzy!

 

Glad to see one at a dealership. They should start showing up at dealerships around the country soon. I'm waiting to order until I see one in person, but Michigan is a little too far from Texas.

Thanks for the pix, better views to see what I want to do to my Amp'd JKUR "if it ever moves out of D1" and really is shipped on 10/30.

It appears (haven't seen in person) to be a flat grey poupon.

Are those the same Tires/Wheels you get if you order the Sport/S with the 32" Tire and Wheel Group? (17" x 7.5" black painted aluminum Moab wheels; BF Goodrich LT255/75R17 black side wall off-road tires; Performance suspension) . I'm thinking about getting the Sport/S with the black accent package and that wheel/tire package. I'm thinking it would end up looking pretty much like this pic.

 

Amp'd kind of looks like a metalic version of dune with a little more color saturation. Dune is always described to me as Grey Poupon by others.. but in photos almost looks orange, and in some light, yellow.

Well with all the pics i have seen now, Amp'd is starting to be a lot like Anvil in the sense that it looks completely different depending upon lighting. Really looking forward to seeing one in person.

 

Saw an amp'd rubicon at the local dealer and at first I thought it was dune from afar, but as I got closer you could tell it was amp'd. It was a overcast day so could have thrown off the color a bit. Not hatin' on it, just sharing what I saw.

 

My teen thought Dune and Amp'd were the same color. Not that those two Jeeps were parked next to each other to make comparing them easier.

They are different to me, but possibly I am looking specifically for non-metallic vs. metallic colors.
