Hello, I want to install a backup camera in my jeep. I have a JKU 2013 with the RBZ 430 radio. This is the radio that has NO navigation (See Picture attached). I want to know if someone has successfully been able to display the camera in this radio? I know the radio needs to be flashed to enable the camera option but I am not even sure if this radio model will support a camera. I ordered a OBD2 Scanner and JSCAN application to get the camera option enabled.

I am particularly interested in the Alpine Camera HCE-TCAM-WRA. Alpine says that the camera is compatible with ANY jeep starting 2007 models. I am willing to go with other cameras if this Alpine is not an option.

Basically my question is, has any of you been able to display a camera in the Mopar RBZ 430 Panel?

Many Thanks,

I know this thread is old but... I bought the Alpine harness and a similar camera to the one in the link. I have a RBZ430 that is not original to my wife's 2017 jku but it works just fine. I have Alfa OBD and I turned on the back up camera. I get the screen that says "check your surroundings" but No video from the camera. I have no way to test the video feed. (No laptop or monitor) Not exactly sure what is going on or NOT going on????? HELP!!! PLEASE!!!!
