Installing OBA, any tips or write ups?

I have done a ton of searching, nobody seems to document their OBA installs. Yesterday I ordered a Viair heavy duty OBA kit.

I'm interested specifically in where Jeepers mount the compressor and air tank. I have seen the brake master cylinder (compressor) and front crossmember (tank) mounts. Will these work on a '12+? Where have Jeepers mounted them alternatively? Any links to write ups? Mine is a '15 2dr. Thanks

got a ViAir 450C for almost free.. I ended up putting it above the rear axle with a bracket that was made for it..
I routed the power, air hose and the fresh air intake along the frame into the engine compartment for now... I installed a switch in the engine compartment also..
you can say I kludged it which I did...

this is the route I would go if I hadn't gotten the ViAir, ARB Twin.. see MTNjeep and Andrewsjeep.. from the above link

Thanks for the responses. I removed my stock exhaust in favor of the Dynomax rock crawler. It empties out the driver side and opens up the area behind the bumper where the monstrous stock muffler used to be. I'm going to see about mounting the system there.

Here is a link to my old jeep build, in the middle shows where I mounted the Viair compressor and tank.

I used the master cylinder bracket for the compressor. The tank I mounted on the front cross member right behind the front bumper. I cut the gauge in the dash between the a/c vents.

Hope this helps
