I hate that there are no reviews on the quadratec site. What are some other good jeep part sites that I'm not aware of?

I find the product on Q-tec, then look for it on Amazon. That often brings up some reviews or at least gives a strong price competitor that often offers free shipping on big ticket items. 4wd too.

truckaddons.com is a great site. they dont do reviews but they offer great deals. they are a vender on jeep forum and offer a lot of discounts. look for one of there threads and there might be a discount code. I know recently they were selling Smitty XRC 8 winches for 400 with synthetic rope and then you could get the rebate as well making it 350 total and i believe that included free shipping.

We have a large retail store and installation facility as well as a 100,000 sq ft wharehouse and over $2 million in inventory. We are not a simple drop ship company that doesnt have first hand knowledge on products. Check out our website and look at our operation under the "see who we are" tab.

Our policy is pretty simple:
Keep finding the same prices over and over online? If so then we definetly have the deal for you! Here at TruckAddons.com and JeepAddons.com we will beat any competiors equal or lower delivered price on most items by at least 5%. If NOT we will GIVE YOU $50.00. Before you buy from any competitor online or retail competitor show us their price delivered (including all shipping & other fees) and we'll beat it. We pride ourselves on making sure you get the product you're looking for at the best possible price. Enough with shopping for hours on end looking for the cheapest price, show us what our competitors are offering as their delivered price and we'll beat it.

This is true. I've order a number of things from Q-tec, but I've also spoken with their customer service folks in the online chat about products many times. They are very helpful and you can get nearly instant answers--if you haven't done this and have questions about a product, I would recommend it.

Did NOT know that! The shipping issue is huge. Good to know.

I think you need to find somewhere for reviews, not necessarily find a new store to buy things from. I always use google to search the various jeep forums about whatever I'm looking at buying; ie.. in the google search box type:

<whatever you're searching for> site:Jeep Forum - Jeep Enthusiast Network

or

<whatever> site:Jeep Wrangler Forum - Jeep Wrangler Owners Community

That, along with just regular google searches usually yields some good places for reviews. Once you've decided, then come back to whatever store you wish to purchase your goods.

Another good company to deal with is Northridge4x4.
Free shipping on anything over $100 and outstanding customer service.

A LOT depends on what you're looking for. here are many companies that carry huge amounts of products but for the more specialized items sometimes you have to look for certain vendors or distributors.

The trouble with shopping for Jeep parts isn't in FINDING them, it's in finding too many!

I'm pretty sure that Northridge 4x4 opened up in Canada last year. You might give them a call and ask.
Have you ordered a lot from NR4x4? They're website seems good and I like how they put together packages. They're just so heavily recommended over at JK-F that it makes me a little . . . nervous.

Yes I have. I first found them through a friend's recommendation and really enjoy doing business with them.

One other benefit of doing business with them is that if you call and talk to Dave, he is knowledgeable and can offer good advice on a project. He's even saved me some money on things when I thought I needed one thing and something else would work equally as well at a lower price.
