I zipped tied a length of that black electric corregated plastic conduit over each brake line. It looks factory and will protect the brake line from rubbing thru.

Mine is doing the same. Haven't put much thought into it though, good idea.

 

Wrap the part that rubs with a few layers of electrical tape. Should hold up fine and protect the line great.

 

Good idea, but I still believe on Jeeps, especially lifted jeeps, ESPECIALLY on wheeled lifted jeeps, one should really order braided lines. Having said that, jadmt' solution seems like a good insurance policy.

I have new braided lines on my lifted Jeep and purchased some spiral wrap for wires or hoses and covered the lines where they might contact some part of the suspension

What's the best highest quality braided brake line to order. Length?

Or you can just move the line out of the way! These brake lines bend very easily for proper adjustment and don't kink or break.

 

I've got Crown braided brake lines. You can order 5-7" over standard brake line length depending on height of lift.
