Install Question

Hey all.

Running full SS steering upfront with the falcon nexus. Just went top mount today wih the no drill no link and track bar bracket but i CANNOT for the life of me get the track bar into the mount. The metal sleeve will not slide down in.
Has anyone had this same issue? Have any solves??
Everything else i gotten from them, has been on point so dont want to start bending stuff if needed.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I have looked at your fab pic and the cut sheet for the bolt on kit. It appears to me from your pic that there isn't enough clearance for the ram cylinder on the kit bracket? I am able weld and fab. Any advice before i dive in and dump a bunch of money into parts i may not need?

Do you already have the Redneck Ram kit? It would be better to have in hand so you know how to fab your bracket. The PSC cylinder could be a different diameter than the RR. Photo below is of the PSC cylinder.

I am going to wait till i have the ram in hand. I am still in the getting my ducks in a row stage. I haven't looked into the PSC system because i was told that the Redneck was much more affordable.Maybe I will look into this system.

Being lifted a full 4 inches, even with the track bar and drag link parallel as they should be, I still get some bump steer. Not super bad but even going down the freeway washboard it feels unplanted. Thinking of doing the DL and TB flip. I have my bump stop adjusted for max suspension compression and really don't want to be hitting the bump stops. Wondering how much the TB bracket sticks up over the factory location. Hard frame contact would not be good. My TB is a TF adjustable so only need a DL and Steer Smarts has a no-drill flip one. This would be the time to do a alu tie rod also. My buddies are lined up to buy this thing someday. Need height info on the bracket.

Spoke with Stear Smarts and the track bar bracket will fit OK. The No Drill flip looks like the way to go. They said the teraflex TB will work. Was thinking about the Griffin Attenuator has some issues with several here so I'll pass on it. Put the money into their tie rod. Seems like the drag link flip is a subject of debate here so we'll see where this goes. The Yeti track bar bracket looks to be the best out there. They said I would need to go on the top hole with 4 inches of lift. No word about Forum discounts from them yet.

Before I pull the trigger on this equipment and cost, has anyone done this with bad results and gone back?
