Flipped d300s tend to leak. Also the lowrange is not as low as a 231. Unless you get the 4:1 kit for it also. Tera does still make the teralow. Just keep it below 2500rpm or itll eat itself.

 

Sounds like he'd be far better of to save up for an Atlas.

 

NV241OR that came in the Rubicons? They have 4:1 crawl as I recall.

I'm looking into the Rubi or a used tera 4:1 and installing the 2 low on it. Spoke with Teraflex and they have stopped making the kit, which makes sense with so many people using it at high rpms's. See what happens If I can get a used tera, I could keep that and my 2low kit under 1k.
