I've just installed my new fuel pump but I can't find anything coming out of the harness than runs to the rear lights... Is that the harness that usually carries the fuel pump wiring back? It's a '94 YJ pretty well stripped by the PO so a lot of stuff is missing but I don't want to buy if the wires are hiding somewhere in the harness.

Okay thanks 12b. I found the harness on the other YJ. It runs along the frame and joins the main engine harness up front. May end up just making my own if it just goes straight to the PDC.

I would assume the fuel pump harness would run-up to the fuel pump relay in the PDC and then to the ASD then to the PCM..

Okay, I managed to figure out the fuel pump wiring from the pump to the front. Now I’m trying to figure out the back-up lamp sensor now. That harness is missing too - and I can’t decipher the diagram. It’s two wires - just need to figure out where they go to. Any idea?

Best I can tell on mine is they come off the backup lamp switch on the passenger side of the transmission into a small harness plug into a larger plug then into a small wire loom that runs up past the starter...I lost them in a clump of loom right next to the main ground stud on the block. I would assume from there runs along the firewall to the bulkhead connector and through the fuse block then out to the backup lamps in the loom that runs along the driver's side inside the tub. Check the wiring diagrams to confirm that.

Okay, thanks 12B, that helps. I think I just need to figure out what it connects to inside that loom to get to the bulkhead / fuse panel. It's got to be in the wiring diagrams - just need to learn the language!
