I guess I figured XP would be much darker. Actually PCP with a different name. There was a purple out there on a Wrangler a long time ago. That was a great purple. I think it was Deep Amethyst Pearl? That was gorgeous!

With a back top and fenders it'd be great

The name Lime Lite now used on Dodges was originally the Plymouth name for 1970's Sublime(Dodge)/2013's Gecko (Jeep).
So I don't feel constrained to use the most popular name for a traditional Hi-Impact color if Mopar isn't either.

Also, any idea of the models they'll allow to have it? I think the pic I've seen is the BBE...which...were it based on a Rubicon, I'd go for it. (Only because I'm rough on my Jeep and need the beef of the Rubicon.)

The picture Archer posted here and on JG that Kriden re-posted above has the Black Bear Silent Armor tires and gas cap cover, but also painted fenders. Which IIRC, isn't an option on the BB.

Maybe it's the Back country Edition or ????

I had a 1998 TJ in Deep Amethyst Pearl... which was a dark purple. I loved it! In fact, when I sold it the guy bought it just for the color. Not sure I've seen purple Wranglers since

Purple of any color doesn't work for me on almost everything. If it's your color, lucky for you as it looks like it's going to be a available for a short time and one might be able to sell that 2016 for the same price in 2017 to someone that really wants a purple Wrangler. I wonder how many will be parading around with rainbow stickers on them?
